How to Make Your Snipes Private
Ever worried about someone seeing who you're sniping in a public Discord server? Getting caught red-handed can lead to altercations. To give you more peace of mind, Bloxiana has a setting to make your snipe commands visible only to you.
How Private Snipes Work
When you enable the 'Private Snipes' setting, any time you use the /snipe command, the bot's response will be an ephemeral message. This means the confirmation, search progress, and results are completely private and only you can see them in the channel.
Before: Public Snipe (Default)
By default, anyone in the channel can see your snipe command and its results.
After: Private Snipe (Enabled)
With this setting enabled, the same command is now only visible to you.
How to Enable Private Snipes
Turning on this feature is simple and can be done in seconds.

Open Bot Settings Use the
/settingscommand. You can do this in any server that has the Bloxiana bot, or directly in your DMs with the bot. -
Toggle the Setting From the settings menu that appears, simply click the button for Private Snipes to switch it to the 'Enabled' state.
That's it! Your /snipe commands will now be private by default. You can use the same /settings command to toggle this feature off at any time. Enjoy sniping with a little more privacy!
