Discord Account Information: When you log in to our website using Discord OAuth2, we collect your Discord User ID, username, discriminator, and avatar. This information is used for authentication and to personalize your experience on the Bloxiana dashboard.
Roblox Account Information: When you connect your Roblox account using Roblox OAuth2, we collect your Roblox User ID and username. This is necessary to access certain features on the website or when using the bot.
Server Configuration Data: This includes the Discord server ID where Bloxiana is installed and any specific settings or configurations you apply to the bot for that server.
Command Usage Data: When you or users in your server use a bot command, we log the command that was used, the User ID of the person who invoked the command, and the Server ID where the command was used. This helps us understand feature popularity and troubleshoot issues.
Error Log Data: If an error occurs while the bot is operating, we may collect data relevant to diagnosing and fixing that error. This data can include the nature of the error, the Server ID, and potentially the User ID of the user whose action might have triggered the error.
User Identifiers: Discord User IDs and Roblox User IDs are inherently processed when you interact with the bot or our website (e.g., for command permissions, logging usage, or linking accounts).
Guild (Server) Identifiers: Discord Server IDs are inherently processed for the bot to function within a specific server.

Server Configuration Data: Retained as long as the bot is a member of your server. Removing the bot from your server will lead to the deletion of this data from our active systems within a reasonable timeframe.
Command Logs: Retained for a period necessary for monitoring usage, analytics, and troubleshooting. We periodically review and may anonymize or delete older logs.
Error Logs: Retained for a period necessary to analyze and address errors. Older logs are periodically reviewed and may be deleted.
Snipe Logs: For monitoring usage and analytics, snipe logs are retained for a maximum of sixty (60) days. Users may be able to view their own snipe logs through the Bloxiana dashboard for this period. After this duration, snipe logs are automatically deleted or anonymized.

8. Your Rights

The Right to Access: You may have the right to request copies of the personal data we hold about you related to your User ID or server.
The Right to Erasure (Data Deletion): You may have the right to request the deletion of your personal data. Removing Bloxiana from your Discord server will typically result in the deletion of your server's specific configuration data. Requests for deletion of other data, like command logs associated with your User ID, can be made if necessary by reaching out through appropriate channels (e.g., if you have a support server or command for such requests). Please note that we may need to retain certain information for record-keeping purposes, to complete ongoing service provisions, or when required by law.

9. Policy for Children

Bloxiana is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under this age. If we become aware that a child under this age has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.
